Project Overview: Digitizing International Labor Recruitment & Worker Management

The Labor Management & Job Matching Platform was built for Vietnam’s Department of Overseas Labor Management (in partnership with JICA) to modernize the recruitment process for Vietnamese workers seeking jobs in Japan.

The project aimed to create a unified, secure web and mobile platform that links workers, employers, and government agencies — improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enabling compliant, cross-border labor operations.

Before collaborating with JVB, most procedures were handled manually or across disconnected systems, making it difficult to manage applicants, verify information, and ensure transparency. These limitations reduced trust in the recruitment ecosystem, increased administrative workload, and hindered the overall efficiency of international labor placement.
