The client, a leading Japanese cosmetics distributor, needed a unified digital solution to modernize how they manage wholesale (B2B), retail (B2C), and pre-order operations. The system aimed to connect manufacturers, distributors, salons, and end customers through a seamless platform that simplifies sales management, optimizes inventory tracking, and ensures secure online transactions.
